7. Healthy eating
A common myth: if you lose weight, cellulite will disappear. This is not true. The fight against cellulite begins with proper nutrition. Things your diet should include:

- fatty acids (fish, olives, avocados, nuts);
- fat-burning fruits and vegetables (grapefruit).
